Volunteer. If you have ever been to an ECDC production after the curtain has gone down on the evening, you know that we like to clear the theater as a team, usually with great music thumping in the background and jokes thrown across the room. ECDC volunteers are the life of the party and the heartbeat of our organization. Lead. ECDC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are fabulous, dedicated arts supporters. They lend their talents, time and expertise to lead ECDC and keep the community dancing. Your donations help us offer awesome, affordable dance classes; produce shows with accessible ticket prices; make new choreography in a creatively fulfilling process for the dancers and choreographers involved; give a platform for beautiful dancers to perform their hearts out; produce the Elm City Dance Festival; create and staff local contemporary dance programming for children & youth; and support the dance community through partnerships and service.
